KCNC Weather Watcher Network
The KCNC Spotter App allows members of our Weather Watcher Network to submit their report right from the app. In addition to weather reports, the app will allow you to submit a photo directly from your phones camera.
There also are tips on the best way to record and report the weather plus videos of interest to our Weather Watchers.
